A one-time $9.99 enrollment fee per child covers account setup. It is non-refundable but stays valid for 90 days if you cancel and decide to re-subscribe.
How does billing work?
All subscriptions are billed on the 1st of every month (monthly plans) or annually from the 1st of the month you subscribe. Pro-rata charges apply for partial first months.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your child's progress reports before that period ends.
